Return & Refund Policy

At Elite Edition, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

• A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale or clearance items.

• Gift cards or promotional items.

• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

• Items returned without their original tags or packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account or another mutually agreed payment method.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

• Wrong size (subject to stock availability).

• Defective or damaged products.

• Incorrect items sent by our team.

If the requested size or item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or receive a refund if applicable.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Elite Edition will bear the return shipping cost.

• If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead follow this Return & Refund Policy.
